Abby had an orange that was treated with Secret Ingredient and contained the Sharp Vision spell - it had been sitting around for a while, but hey, food in Nexus doesn't spoil, right? It displayed as below.

When I ate the orange today to test it, nothing happened:

Likely another casualty of me fussing with item descriptions. Newly created Secret Ingredient foods are not affected.
