Neutral attacked by non HoZ pets

clash.php?op=character&id=9704 got taken out at 12.4 MO (neutral) by non-HoZ pets outside their SH.
Not a bug. The character had directly attacked the petmaster's pets in the last 24 hours (on an Unaligned vs Good raid!), making him fair game for attacks by that petmaster's pets.
This is exactly the sort of situation this contingency was made for. Lightspeaker pets won't sit idly by while you kill Goods, even if their summoner lacks HOZ.
