2 AP Teleports

Nexus Champ teleporting to a water tile consumes 2ap. I didn't master teleportation to be hindered by puddles!
This is normal and expected behavior. You can get around it by drinking a flying potion and having the flying status effect, or by purchasing the Athleticism skill for 10 CP. Learning to teleport doesn't inherently make you better at swimming. This applies to Wyrm Master's Leap and Wizards Blink skills as well.
