A barricade south of the tile blocked my movement from the Nort-West

Yeah, sometimes you'll be in a totally clear 4x4 and it'll tell you that you can't move SE because of barricades... like huh?

Just to try and add some better documentation on this, here's a picture.
Barricades blocked movement to the southwest, but not the south. Dunno what the code looks like, but this seems like a probable case where there's a negative number where there shouldn't be, or something like that.

This should no longer be relevant with the removal of barricades from the game.
