Owen Grady was on an allied SH casting Corrosive Grasp to bash. He ran out of MP so tapped into a Ley Line (50mp available, cold). He was unable to use the spell to bash as 0 mp available until he took a soul ice.

There's a pending fix for this in the next patch.
