https://nexusclash.com/clash.php?op=character&id=4815), an Eternal Soldier with Way of Earth was soaking one point of the 5 points of cold supplemental Lumen's Eye of Judgement should be doing, which should be unsoakable.

Funnily enough, looking at this again, in this particular case I think even if the supplemental was unsoakable, I would've done the same amount of damage?
Since, in that case, there would be no soaked supplemental to subtract the main portion of the damage with, and the main attack wouldve done 15-20%=12 damage, and the supplemental 5. Totalling, again, 17. Assuming I'm interpreting and understanding things correctly, here.

Yeah - the unsoakable 'feature' of forceful punishment is absolutely not worth the candle with the revamp to how soak works, but that's a separate issue.

Yeah, EoJ tree is very much not worth 180 CP, it's just about as powerful as the prerequisite spellcasting (and it requires extra investment).

After using this on an IB and finding the supplemental is ignoring his soak, I think the particular issue here is the %-resistance is not being accounted for properly.
Disclaimer: Was also using Word of Condemnation, so unsure if that had something to do with it.
