Enchants on B4 clothing items showing up in Enchanting pane

This is occurring inside a Colonial Guest House which presumably permits Enchanting actions.
Some of these are custom items, some standard.
Attempting a recharge action gives the warning "You did not select an enchantment on an item you own!"

I have made a change that should address this, or at least that addresses the only explanation I could think of. Let us know if you encounter this again.
