Spell: Levitation doesn't allow going over barricades

It's a spell that supposedly allows to go past obstacles, so idk why it wouldn't let you go over barricades
This is probably because spell rework (which introduced Levitation) predated design of Barricades by years.
It'll work in the next patch.
