Global Maxout Message Missing

Jacques S'er maxed out yesterday, but the world didn't get to know. Haven't seen any others in my log since then, but I also don't know if anyone's actually maxed out in that time.
Last global maxout message I can see was only seven hours prior:- You step inside Colonial Guest House. (2022-03-24 13:09:20).
