It does occur to me that this is technically the skill working basically as written, since 'duration' is what fuels manabiter, and it has moved to being something that decrements relatively quickly on weapons only, and can't be applied to armor/clothing. So maybe this should be a suggestion instead? Whatever the answer is, I think the current result from manabiting clothing isn't ideal.
