Summon Demons button not always appearing

One of my vassals has the respond to summons button only appear very intermittently. It apparently won't appear until they move (so step outside their current location, or move on the map).

Another one, who has wisp form, informs me that turning on wisp form disappears the button, too.

Further to this, they're a VW, so they have a tough life as is (and it may be relevant to the problem)

This is still happening to me. Sometimes I only need to step outside for the button to appear. Sometimes have to step outside and move a tile. Getting to be a pain in the arse.

Yes, the issue was that some skills in the doors pane were nullifying other buttons in the pane.
There's a pending fix for this.
