Doom howlers- If you cast phantasmal terror on someone with your last MP, you can't cast spells from the targets MP cos the test is it checks your own MP to see if you can cast (and if you have too low MP it doesn't let you cast).

Apparently this is similar to the issue with casting from fonts (and it only checking your MP)

Is there a way to trigger the check of the targets MP too?

Phantasmal Terror got fixed to use target MP and back whatever remaining cost with user MP.
