Faction broadcast message of your connected character will appear when you look at another character's message logs.

I was connected to my RRF character when I opened the message log on my Feral Clowder character, and saw the faction broadcast messages of my RRF character appear in my Feral Clowder character logs.
This is reproducible with any of my characters in other factions. The faction broadcast message of the character I am connected to will show up in my other character logs.
