Safe logs not showing relevant transactions

Seen on character clash.php?op=character&id=1908
Faction clash.php?op=faction&do=view&id=29
URL seen at: clash.php?op=faction&do=safelog&faction_id=29
So that character isn't in the faction (though i guess could have been at that time?), the date range is two years and a month ago, and no other transactions are present in my log. I do not believe it is a coincidence that the log has exactly 29 entries and it is faction id 29, but what is it just pulling 29 of the oldest faction safe logs from the Nexus at this point?
