Blessing of the Martyr blessing enhancments and xp

Died with Blessing of the Martyr recently and noticed some details that are either bugs or should be clarified in the wiki/descriptive text more clearly:
- Blessings distributed with Blessing of the Martyr didn't seem to give any experience
- It's unclear if Sanctuary Blessing was applied
- It's unclear if any healing/Absolve Suffering was attempted
- The duration of Healing Aura is 20 status ticks rather than the characters normal 50 status ticks
