Post-patch, I am now experiencing this issue.

Note that he's spent 250 T1 and T2 CP and 90 T3 CP for a total of 340. The existing total is calculating wrong in a probably separate issue. viewtopic.php?f=10&t=2108

the fix was coded a bit screwily
i fixed the fix so just waiting for a hotfix deploy
