Wrong Mortal CP spent count, can't learn spell

Before learning additional spells, you must have spent at least 70 CP on Mortal skills; you have only spent 50 CP on these!

This is a known issue and hopefully patched soon. Cat also has characters frustrated by it.

Appears to be fixed with the latest patch
