Cannot learn spells despite meeting all prerequisites

clash.php?op=character&id=855 was told she cannot learn a spell.
The reason was having spent only 60 CP on mortal skills.
This is clearly incorrect; the full archery tree (60) plus sense morality and strength (10 each) makes 80 CP spent...

This is a known issue and hopefully patched soon. Cat also has characters frustrated by it.

Appears to be fixed with the latest patch
