3 attacks in a row for the same damage - should be 22, 23, 24

strangely have seen logs of cold -1 soak working just fine elsewhere recently so would need something to narrow it down

The target looks like it didn't have any soak. Does cold capstone allow soak to go into negatives?

unlike cold spells' awful inherent effect in 3.5/4, it does in fact negative people, unless something very odd occurred

other than that, no idea why spell affinity would trigger (no message otherwise) yet not apply the status to a redeemed
