Fallen - incorrect number of CP spent

As seen on Simon here.
Says he's spent 360 CP, but the actual number is only 340. (350 from level 21 + 6 exploration badges - 16 available = 340). As a guess it's counting the ex-shepherd desecration toward the total? Not sure if it's just a display error, or if I actually would be allowed to buy back an extra T2 skill to pay for more T3 stuff.
