System failed to refund 20 Infuse CP upon level up

So my last infusion bought back infusion and got me to level 20, but I didn't get my infuse CP back.

- You have accumulated enough XP to gain a new level! Your new level is now 20! You have gained 30 Character Points. Your new total is 63 CP. You can choose a new class from the Skills Purchase page! You will need to accumulate 583 XP to gain another level! (2022-02-20 20:07:40).
- Your Paladin skill Infuse, has been removed by the Hand of Fate. The 20 Character Points spent to purchase this skill have been refunded. (2022-02-20 20:07:40).

I have 13 exploration badges that I no longer have the CP total for. And I was planning on having 83cp going into T3.

you should have 333 (and have 313) ye, i suppose what probably occurred is the refund set your cp to one thing and then the levelup set your cp to another thing
