Can't learn T2 spells as a Sorceror

a sorceror who has spent 180 CP on various T1/T2 Skills. Attempting to learn Shocking Dart, a T2-eligible spell:

Before learning additional Tier 3 restricted spells, you must have spent at least 250 CP on Tier 1 and Tier 2 spells and skills; you have only spent 200 CP on these!

Attempting to learn Cloudburst, a T2-eligble ranged spell:

Was able to learn Fist of the Eel, another T2 Electric spell.

I found the cause; the code was looking for any special attribute on a spell. That includes T3 restrictions, but Acid and Electric's demon/angel restrictions were getting caught up too.

A fix will be in the next patch.
