Imperious Demeanor as Combat Option

I activated Imperious Demeanor on my Fallen (char ID 8159) and it showed up as an option on the Combat drop down; see pic.

Looks like this was erroneously set as an item to grant in skill templates. It's been turned off.
Katerina Hasheen - Necromancer Advocate, champion of a better Hashaa
Serena Hasheen - Sword Revenant, Freedom Array booster
Isabel Hasheen - Gunwizard Councillor, infusion's #1 fan
Kandarin - Unformed potential, Crusader, fontnet architect
