Nexus Clash

This refund left my Nexus Champion below 250 CP spent in T1/T2, and apparently able to purchase T3 skills.

i tested this bit and wasn't able to just immediately put the refund cp into t3

however when picking up combo for 20 cp i was able to pick a t3

therefore my best guess is your t2 free skill is counted as 20 cp spent?

did not do this as it might be a bug. So waiting for a dev judgement in this.

Behavior seems to be intended, with proper guards set into place.
