Psychometry icons not updated after de-infusing

As the title says, Presto infused the Evil out of a tile without there being a single point added towards Good, however, the tile's Psychometry icon stayed Evil. I've observed this many times. I've also blinked to a tile that has an icon but has 0 infusion value.
