If Advocate is encumbered, request for blessing fails and erroneously advises encumbered message to petitioner. Unsure if this takes AP from the petitioner I have only able to test this one from the Advocate's side.
If petitioner is Hidden, AP for requesting Blessing is taken but fails to apply and the petitioner is advised the character is not in the area.
If Advocate is AP'ed out, blessing goes through but advises petitioner that the petitioner has no AP.
