UI: Charged attack icons and killing pets not playing nice

When I'm in a square with a person and a pet, and have the charged attack icons enables, I note the following:
- The pet charged icons don't seem to do anything
- The person charged icons do seem to work, but the charged attack is only used if I attack the person, doesn't work on the pet.
These seem great, looking forward to them all working nicely
