I hurled an empty pistol and it reloaded. It did not return to my inventory, but when picking it up it was fully loaded.

- You attack Fluffy, Destroyer of Worlds with your Pistol and hit for 3 points of impact damage. You effortlessly and instantly reload your Pistol with another Pistol Clip from your inventory. You gain 3 XP. (2021-11-27 18:06:47).

Seconding darkwingstalker, this is obviously WAD.

Your arm extended to catch the pistol on the rebound and slip the clip right in. Conclusion; you're made of saltwater taffy.
