I was searching in a Forgotten Library and found a Spellgem:

- You search and find a Small Purple Gem containing Shadow Wrap. (2022-01-16 16:14:58).

Imagine my surprise when the Spellgem turned out to contain not Shadow Wrap but Levitation... or at least that is how it was labelled in inventory tab and in spell triggering dropdown. It was also labelled as Levitation when I gave it away to a random stranger:

- You give your Small Purple Gem containing Levitation to An True. (2022-01-16 16:16:44).

I forgot to note down item's ID but I asked An True to not get rid of it so it may still be available to investigate. Her character ID is 7681.

UPDATE:

And I just got this message:

- You search and find a Small Blue Gem containing Glyph of Pain vs Good. (2022-01-16 16:31:35).

But the gem is displayed in inventory as "Snowblind - Small Blue Gem (4 charges)" and in attack panel as "Spellgem - Snowblind (1 MP) (4 shots) - 7 cold dmg, 85% to hit".
The gem's ID is 891655. I will keep it unused in case you want to investigate it.

ye this perturbed me greatly and i fixed it for next patch

The log-me has so many great spells the inventory me wishes they had.
