Unable to activate Stepping of the World Gate to stygia without 10mp available when it costs 5mp

I tried gaining more mp and trying again but it only worked when i had 10mp in my pool. Cost was 5mp but unable to activate til I had 10mp total.

There's a pending fix for this in the next patch.
