Skill-based respawn not possible on low AP

I noticed that with Empyreal Bond and Transcension but it probably also happens with Hellspawn:
When character AP is too low to use normal respawn button but high enough to (theoretically) use the special discounted skill-based respawn, the button for that respawn is enabled but using it results in error "You do not have sufficient power to respawn!"
