Kind cat has both Hands of the Healer and Absolve Suffering.

What a Blessing with Hands of the Healer looks like:

- You attempt to relieve the negative effects plaguing your patient, but there were no ill effects upon them. (2022-01-05 03:59:02).
- You bless Abdiel with a lesser blessing of offense. (2022-01-05 03:59:02).

Then later with 1MP on Kind cat:

- You bless Delcas with a lesser blessing of defense. (2022-01-05 04:03:15).
(And then in larger red warning text)
"You do not have enough MP to use the Absolve Suffering skill!"

This was a Blessing bestowed actively. It appears that the Blessing is attempting to draw MP in order to apply the passive Absolve Suffering effect via HotH on Blessings.
I wasn't keeping track of my MP so I'm not sure if it's been draining 5MP per Blessing bestowed or if it did so when a Blessing was requested by others.

Semi-related: also wondering if being encumbered has been blocking other characters from requesting Blessings.

This has been addressed on devserver for the next patch. Looking at the code, it isn't taking your MP, but it was checking for the threshold MP to allow the action.
