DO: Dark Pact with Stygia (not with debt holder)

Hey,

Someone passed back the Pact I gave them once it had finished it uses. I revoked the empty shell and gave them a new one. However, the former Pact is now within my inventory and cannot be dropped / removed etc. There is an option to pass it would seem. I assume the debt exists with the player that used the Dark Pact charges and not the player randomly holding the pact item.

I assume this Pact should be sitting with its former users inv and if passed away it should manifest in their inventory as a reminder of their Stygia claimed outstanding debt.

The intent here is that pacts can't be passed from character to character if they have outstanding unpaid demands, but given how much else about this skill was exhaustively tested pre-launch only to turn out not to work post-launch, it's worth us investigating if that's still true.
