Incorrect lich respawn cost with Paragon of Death

My lich's respawn cost is 11 AP at level 29, when with the Paragon of Death skill the AP cost should be Level/3. (So it should be 10 AP at level 30)

Does pact debt cause your respawn costs to increase?

Pact debt does not cause your respawn cost to go up. The issue is that Paragon of Death isn't dropping your respawn cost to Level/3, it's dropping it by Level/6 and rounding down, which can cause some rounding errors at high levels.

There are pending changes in the next patch to smooth these numbers over.
