Can't toggle Feeding Fangs to Arcane with Mantle of Vrykolakas

Fenris (https://nexusclash.com/clash.php?op=character&id=2258) has Mantle of Vrykolakas, but is unable to change Fangs' damage type to Arcane. There is no button, dropdown or toggle anywhere to be seen to do it. I did not see any way to do it when on a square with someone else, nor when I'm alone.

I believe it is bugged. Where should the toggle be, anyway?

To add to this, the MP absorption part of the skill doesn't work either, nor the damage buff. I suppose they're all caused by the same typo issue?
