Passive Gem Charging Not Applying MP Discount

Randalf just noticed Passive Gem Charging isn't using his Arcane Affinity discount.

- You trace the mystic symbols into the air, then feel a warm rush as the magic of the Glyph spreads outwards. The Glyph of Protection vs Evil now protects the area. (2025-05-09 00:29:51).
- You automatically spend 20 MP to add a charge to your Glyph of Protection vs Evil spellgem. (2025-05-09 00:30:09).

It should be 15 MP.

Confirmed that that's what it took from his MP reserves. Started at 79 MP, or max. Triggered a protection glyph, costing 2 MP. Regenerated 2 MP at the tick, going back to full. It automatically recharged the gem, dropping down to 59 MP.

There's a fairly straightforward fix for this, which has been hotfixed live now.
