As below. Caustic Horns appears to do piercing damage. The wiki reports Acid and I do believe I raised its damage type in chat a few weeks ago and was informed it was Acid as an innate improvement from B4.
Regardless, either the skill or the wiki is in err OR its a pending change (pls, pls, pls, pls pls, pls)

After discussing this within the dev team, the wiki interpretation is correct. I've updated the ingame stats and the information in the planner.
