Can't Apply Cruorblight to Weapon with 5 Enchantments

I have a Cat of Nine Tails with 4 Accuracy enchants and 1 Poison enchant. It does not show up in the dropdown to apply Cruorblight. I do have a second unenchanted Cat of Nine Tails that I was able to apply Cruorblight to prior to acquiring the enchanted one.

Being enchanted isn't supposed to disable oils and Cruorblight. This restriction should be removed now.
