Revs night healing in Stygia only occurring by the Cord day/night cycle ticks

Hellos,

Its permanent night in Stygia. Revs, when it is night, get +10hp healing every game tick. So in Stygia this should be every tick.

However, in Stygia they seem to only get it when it is a night tick in Cord / Purg (--:45 / --:00)

I feel like this must have come up / been noticed before but I cannot seem to find a thread. Its really obvious as my Rev is damage farming in Stygia right now.

I dont now if this impacts any other Rev abilities based on the cycle - doesnt seem to be.
