Pact spell underpowered?

I seem to have been doing 3 damage with the 4 damage acid dart spell I had pacted on https://nexusclash.com/clash.php?op=character&id=13879

- You attack <redacted> with your Acid Dart spell and hit for 3 points of acid damage. You gain 2 XP

No soak message.

Not a bug because it's the pact creator's version of the spell you're using, which means your synergies can't boost it stronger than it would be when they used it.
