With no Gunbench present the beginnings of the conversion options are showing up.
Later noticed the second field populated and clicked it. It worked without a gunbench.
Also Pistol Clips were not listed as an option to convert from despite having 11 of them.
Coron witnessed this, has Gunsmith and Master Gunsmith.

This should now be fixed (including the dropdown displaying properly).
