Smite of the Resolute not working as described

From what I can see, the application of status Resolute doesn't seem to be working.

This is from the last active fight my character got into.

"- You attack XXX with your Clockwork Blade and hit for 35 points of holy damage. This attack was charged with righteous power! Her acid blood spurts out and burns you as you attack her! You take 4 points of acid damage! The blade crackles and sparks with electric energy, shocking them for 4 points of electric damage! You gain 39 XP. This was enough to kill them! You gain an additional 30 Experience Points! (2022-12-12 04:09:14)."

This bug had an obvious cause and an obvious solution.

There's a pending fix for the next patch. Thanks for bringing it to our attention!
