Poltergeist Spawn is broken

Observed by Lucy in TDS earlier and confirmed on devserver. I think I identified the cause, but this is a self-reminder to fix this once devserver code sync is restored.
Katerina Hasheen - Champion of a better Hashaa
Iron John Mainstay - Free Anchor Pirate turned Privateer
Laeitia Maitland - Grand Aberloch mech pilot, stranded and none too pleased about it
Erduhr-Khazai - Dragon of Tlacolotl, pillager of planes

Got this working on devserver, so this thread can go to Squashed.
