Pocket Space exempted from the blocking of Glyph spells

As per Patch Notes - 2022 July 3rd
Pocket Space portals are exempted from the blocking of Glyph spells in the area that portals normally cause. Note that this applies only to portals into Pocket Space. It remains impossible to glyph a portal out of Pocket Space.

I did try a few times to cast a glyph on a portal inside a poket space:

This area is too charged with Nexus power; you cannot cast Glyph spells here!

Same result as outside a potral.

Not a bug, the wording may not have been clear enough but the change was to keep Conduits from sabotaging a faction's ability to cast glyphs on its stronghold by setting a Pocket portal on the target faction's stronghold tile. This means you can still cast glyphs if a tile contains a portal into Pocket Space, but you still can't cast Glyphs within Pocket Space on the exit portal site.
