MP loss from having too much MP can bring you below your MP maximum

Lets say you have 44 MP and your maximum is 43 MP
On your next AP tick, the game will drain you to 39 MP.

I understand MP loss from being over the limit, but I don't think it should take you under your maximum.

There's a pending fix for this.
