Cloak of the Steadfast Sea says it "Passively heal 2 HP/15 minutes indoors and 5 HP/15 minutes outdoors.", however it doesn't do this.

- You lose 3 Magic Points to pay for your Cloak of the Steadfast Sea. (2022-03-05 18:36:02).
- The Wytchfire burns you for 1 points of fire damage! (2022-03-05 18:30:07).
- You call back the divine energy that has made you the embodiment of holy vengeance. (2022-03-05 18:24:50).
- You refocus your holy power and transform yourself into the sea embodiment of holy steadfastness. (2022-03-05 18:23:12).
- The Wytchfire burns you for 1 points of fire damage! (2022-03-05 18:22:36).

Yeah I was afraid of that. I fixed something in the code but I think there's a typo somewhere not referencing something properly, I just ran out of time to dig into it earlier today. Will try to find time later today to see if I can pin this down.
