Can't cast spells from gems retrieved from safe

Virgo can't choose to cast the Tiger Claw and Conjure Sinews spells from spellgems that she retrieved from the Nexal Crusader faction safe.

She got Mystic Shield and Reveal from searching, or from a factionmate before strongholds existed.
