WM: allow mutations on Allied Pets

WM: allow mutations on Allied Pets

Tholaghru wants us to share. Allowing Mutations only on faction-mates is too severely limiting, especially for nomadic WMs in small factions who like to hop around spreading chaos where ever they land.

Bears with acid glands. Big, beautiful ferocious bears.sadistic dolphins.in armor, like the orcas in that scifi series I can't remember the name of.

Maybe no angelic pets. Maybe allow a PM an opt-in button in Character Settings so we don't intrude on their play.

What about tying it to a pet's MO? Allow it to be done on all evil pets, but not neutral or good?

It would be sorta mirrored on the Seraph's ability to apply augmentations to all good characters.

This is a good idea. that would keep the freaky things like mutated LS pets or HOLY rev pets from happening. (as much as i want to see that, i understand there is balance reasons)

Sure. It'll only work on Evil pets though.
