If 20% resistance minimum is necessary so this doesn't give lightning capstone resist then I don't like it anymore.

Maybe the devs could setup a "This wasn't updated in the wiki" refund thread. Like they did for Sense Magic, but now for everything.

I'm pretty sure there are devs working on a rethink of this. Promote.
