Item: Chainsaw not craftable with smithing?

Let me know if I just mis-remembered chainsaws being in the game, or the wiki is giving me bad requirements. I had a very busy weekend, my mind is unfortunately unfocused and I wouldn't put it past me to be trying to make one out of newspapers at this point.

Looks like this was turned off due to a misunderstanding in dev discussions on weapon design. It's now re-enabled.
